About The Pocket Gallery

The Pocket Gallery is located inside the Herman Memorial Little Free Library, and showcases small scale original artworks from local Folkestone Artists.

The gallery is, at 15cm wide by 12cm deep by 13.5cm high, the smallest independent art gallery in Folkestone and possibly the whole of the U.K., if not the World! Exhibits will change every 2-4 weeks. Simply scan the QR code to find out more information about the artwork.

The gallery is a not-for-profit venture by the gardeners of the Payers Pocket Community Garden, but small donations towards its upkeep are very welcome. Currently we are looking to raise £40 to register the Little Free Library with littlefreelibrary.org in order to receive a registration number and charter plaque, which gives us access to support from the organisation, including book offers from publishers, tips from other library stewards on community participation and a spot on their World map.

For all enquiries including exhibiting your work or purchasing artworks, please contact folkestoneharbouryarn@yahoo.com for more information.
